Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt and are at your own expense. (except Christmas tree decoration: return period of 14 days)
Cookinglife gift cards cannot be returned. The gift card is valid for two years and can be redeemed both online and in one of our physical stores. Check our further return conditions here.
Order arrived damaged? Report your damage within 24 hours of receipt using the button below. This works the same as registering a return. Always wait for a response from our team before returning or disposing of a damaged item.
The points below must be respected. If a parcel does not meet the conditions below, you will be charged the purchase price (partially).
- Inform us of your return shipment
- Pack the item in its original packaging, which must not have been damaged when it reached us.
- The return period is a trial period: used products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
