- Returns can be made within 30 days of receipt. Please return your order within this period.
- Make sure your shipment is well packed, unfortunately we cannot process a damaged return. We will contact you about this. You are responsible for packing and shipping your package properly. If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you for the shipping costs.
- Returns are at your own cost as stated in our terms and conditions.
- Returning via a reply number is not possible.
- Cookinglife gift cards cannot be returned. The gift card is valid for two years and can be redeemed online or in one of our physical shops.
- Warranty claims are not covered by the standard returns policy. Please refer to the Warranty section for further information.
- We cannot accept returns on orders that have been ordered on a business basis.
- The risk of returns are for the buyer. If our return policy is not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and charge you for shipping costs.
- Did your order arrive damaged? Report your damage within 24 hours of receipt using the button below. This works the same as reporting a return.

Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange orders. However, if you are unsure about a product, for example the colour, and do not want to incur any additional costs, you can choose to pay by invoice. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate the product before making your final purchase. If you are still not satisfied with the item, you can return it and place a new order. Don't forget that you are also welcome to visit our physical shops to see the available colours of products. Please note that not all items listed on the website are available in our shops.
Returning sets
In case of returning a set of which any part is damaged or shows signs of use without prior notice, the refund for the undamaged, unused parts of the set will be reduced by 50%. This procedure is used because the remaining part of the set is no longer saleable separately. We therefore advise you to carefully inspect and pack returned items before returning them and report any damage in advance to avoid unnecessary reductions. Damage reported in advance will of course be reimbursed upon return.
