Cookinglife gift cards cannot be returned. The gift card is valid for two years and can be redeemed online, as well as in one of our physical stores. View our further return conditions here.

How do I return my order?

Report your return via the online return form. Please use the order number on the packing slip in your mail when registering. | Please return the items in their original packaging. More information on how to package your return properly can be found at the bottom of the page. |

How do I package my return?
Would you like to return fragile products? Please ensure that fragile products are always shipped safely so that they arrive with us in full working order. You are responsible for this. If your parcel reaches us damaged or broken, we will not be able to process it.
We apply the following conditions:
- The items are not damaged
- The buyer is liable for the costs and risk of returning fragile products
- In the event that the return conditions are not fulfilled, we retain the right to send orders back and charge you for the delivery costs
Packing and shipping tips
Are you shipping something fragile like crockery? We have listed some handy tips for you below.
- Use the original box
- Wrap each item individually in bubble wrap
- Make sure that the contents are not touching. Loose items, like plates, should have a protective layer in between them.
- Use the right kind of padding. Fill the empty spaces in the box completely with something like newspaper.
- Seal the box well with tape.
- Write 'fragile' on the box
As soon as we have processed your return, you’ll receive a notification by email.
How will my order be refunded?
Did you cancel or return the order? You will first receive an e-mail confirmation from us as soon as the order has been cancelled or your return processed. We will then refund the amount within the legal period of 14 days. This applies to all payment methods.
How did you make the payment?
- Via bank transfer: The amount will be credited to your bank account. We work with our payment partner Mollie for this. Their name will appear on your bank statement when the refund comes through.
- Credit card: You will see a credit amount on your credit card statement when it is processed. There can often be a delay of a few days, depending on the credit card company.
- Klarna/Billink: We will make sure that Klarna does not send you an invoice or that they send a credit note if you have already received the invoice.
- Paypal: The amount will be refunded via or to your Paypal account.
- Gift card: If you paid for your order with a gift card, we will refund the balance. You can check your balance here.
