For some products, you will see the message "2–4 working days delivery time" on the product page and in your basket. These products are not available for immediate dispatch from our warehouse and therefore have a slightly longer delivery time.
We ship your order in one go
Does your order contain a product with a delivery time of 2–4 working days? Then we will only ship your entire order once all products are complete. Products that are in stock straight away will also wait for the rest of your order. This way, you receive everything at once.
What does this mean for you?
- The product with the longest delivery time determines when you receive your complete order.
- The delivery time is an estimate in working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
- As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your track & trace code.
Do you need a product sooner?
In that case, order the products that are in stock straight away in a separate order. Please note: standard shipping costs and the free shipping threshold apply to each order.
