Is an item missing from your order?
How annoying that you are missing an item with your order. You can send us a message via the "Submit a request" button indicating which item is missing from your order.
Did you receive the wrong product?
You can report this via our online return form. We will then check the time of packing via our video footage and verify the dimensions and weight via PostNL. If you receive the wrong articles, we will send you a return label to return the shipment. We look forward to receiving the return shipment within one week. Should this not be the case, we will be obliged to charge you for the incorrectly received items.
Have you received an order that is not intended for you?
In the request form via the "Submit a request" button, please enter all your own order number and details as well as as as much information as possible about the order you have received. After you have made a report, our customer service will provide you with a return label. This way you can return the parcel to us free of charge. As soon as we have received the package from you, we will of course send you the correct items as soon as possible.
Have you received too many items?
Thank you for letting us know, as the quantities were already incorrect when the stock count was done! This way you help us find the missing products.
