We understand it can be frustrating to wait for your refund. Below you'll find what you can do to speed up the process or get more clarity:
Check the processing time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we’ve received your return or cancellation. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Review your payment method
Depending on your chosen payment method, your refund may appear in a different way:
iDEAL or bank transfer: Check your bank account for a deposit from Mollie, our payment partner.
Credit card: Review your credit card statement. Refunds may take a few days to appear, depending on your credit card provider.
Klarna: Log in to your Klarna account to check whether a credit note has been issued or your invoice has been canceled.
PayPal: Check if the refund has been credited to your PayPal account.
Gift card: The balance of your gift card will be automatically updated.
Ordered via Bol.com, Blokker, Wehkamp, FonQ, Beslist or Amazon: The refund is handled by their customer service. If you have questions, please contact the respective platform directly.
Do you have a shipping confirmation?
Make sure you have a return shipping confirmation or proof of shipment. Without this information, we may not be able to process your return.
