We are not able to accept returns on orders that are business orders.
Damage
It can sometimes happen that an order is delivered with damage. Should this happen you can report this at business@cookinglife.eu. To handle this correctly we would like to receive the following information:
- Overview of items with damage and corresponding numbers
- Photo of the damaged items
Based on this information, we can help you the quickest and look for the best solution. Delivering and reporting damage should be done within 72 hours of receipt.
Delivery
If we have the items in stock, we can send the order the same day. The moment the order leaves our warehouse, a Track & Trace will be sent so you can track the order yourself. We ship with PostNL.
If items are not in stock, the delivery time of the order will be longer and we will keep you informed. If items are ordered from our supplier(s), please take into account a delivery time of 2 to 10 working days in addition to the normal delivery time. We will do our best to inform you of this during the quotation process.
